Will childcare services be available during the conference?

Yes, we are pleased to offer childcare services during EAS 2025 . Childcare will be available from Monday, June 23 to Friday, June 27, from 09:00 to 18:00, in collaboration with OOGO. Trusted local minders will provide care during the conference.
To request care, please fill out the Childcare Booking Form. Please note that spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. The fee for childcare should be paid directly to the provider by the parents. EAS facilitates access to this service but does not manage the childcare arrangements.
