What is the cancellation/refund policy?

Fees will be refunded after the conference, according to the following policy for cancellations received:
- Until 15 May 2025: 100% refund less bank charges (15 €).
- From 16 May to 3 June 2025: An administration fee of 50 € will be charged, together with bank charges (15 €).
- From 4 June 2025: No refund can be made.
Substitutions can be made at any time before the conference starts, by contacting the Congress Secretariat in written form. Organisers shall not be liable for refunds should visas not be obtained.
Should the onsite EAS 2025 Annual Meeting be cancelled by the organisers, participants with paid registration will be reimbursed.
