What can I present if I register with free Virtual Access? What are the differences between Registration in-person and Virtual access? I registered for virtual access. How do I participate remotely in the EAS 2025? Can I change my registration? I have not received a confirmation email after completing registration.

Any cancellations or amendments are to be addressed to the Congress Secretariat in written form, at any stage prior to the event. [email protected].


Registration cancellation policy:


  • Until 15 May 2025: 100% refund less bank charges (15 €).
  • From 16 May to 3 June 2025: An administration fee of 50 € will be charged, together with bank charges (15 €).
  • From 4 June 2025: No refund can be made.
