What if I cannot attend the in-person conference, will there be an option to attend virtually?

If you are unable to attend in person, you may participate virtually by choosing the "Virtual Access" registration. This year, the registration fee for virtual access is waived.
What’s Included in Virtual Access?
- Watch the Plenary and Symposia sessions live, via an online platform
- Access to the Plenary and Symposia sessions recordings after the conference
- Access to the ePosters platform, prior and during the conference
- Access to EAS 2025 dedicated Slack space
- Ability to provide a pre-recorded presentation for PSP presenters.
Please note: You will not be able to watch the Special and Lunch sessions, nor deliver your contributed or invited talk virtually.
