How should I submit my presentation for the conference, and are there any specific requirements to be aware of?

A special platform allowing speakers to upload their presentations will be available. After uploading, they will only need to visit the Speaker Preview Room to check if their presentation works correctly.
Additionally, speakers can bring their presentation on a USB key to the Speaker Preview Room at the conference venue, either the day before their presentation or at least two hours before their session starts.
Technical requirements will be communicated in due time.
Personal laptops will not be allowed to be connected in the session rooms, and USB memory sticks cannot be plugged into the laptops provided in these rooms.
