How should I submit my presentation for the conference, and are there any specific requirements to be aware of? What should I do if I am unable to deliver my presentation? I am a speaker. Will I be provided a laptop for my presentation? Can I change my oral presentation to an ePoster presentation? What is an ePoster?

This year, EAS will adopt a semi-hybrid format, with Plenary sessions and Symposia streamed live for real-time viewing. 

Therefore, depending on your review result, your talk can be:

  • Plenary Talks: Live in-person.
  • Symposia Talks: Live, either in person or remotely.
  • Special & Lunch Session Talks: Live in-person or via a prerecorded presentation.
  • PSP (flash talks) : Live in-person or via a prerecorded presentation.
