Are social events free for registrants to attend? I have special dietary needs. How do I indicate this? What is the Welcome Reception? Who can join the Student Event? What to expect from the Conference Dinner?

Is transportation included to social event venues?

Transportation is not included for any social event. However, you can purchase a bus transfer ticket for the Conference Dinner. The ticket price is 15 EUR and covers a round trip. More information is available on the EAS 2025 website in the Social Events section."
